Operating and income risk
Load demand, freight rates, fuel and labour costs, maintenance, accidents and downtime affect profitability. Actual income can fall below the illustrated range or be zero. Capital may be lost.
Asset and ownership risk
A truck can depreciate, require substantial repair or have an outstanding lien. The enforceability and value of a fractional interest depend on the vehicle, title position, legal structure and signed documents.
Company and liquidity risk
You rely on the operator to dispatch the vehicle, account for costs, allocate income and meet agreed obligations. A buyback promise is subject to the company’s financial capacity and enforceable terms. There may be no independent buyer for your share.
Insurance limitations
Coverage responds to qualifying events under the actual policy. Limits, deductibles, exclusions, claim disputes and delays can affect payments. Daily downtime figures are operator-supplied examples, not evidence that every interruption is covered.
Calculator limitations
The calculator uses fixed daily ranges, a 30% fee and 25 operating days. It does not model adverse scenarios, depreciation, individual taxes, foreign-exchange movements or transfer charges. Insurance is shown separately and must not be added to operating income for the same days.
Cross-border considerations
Your location may affect participation, tax treatment, legal remedies and currency exposure. Obtain advice relevant to your circumstances and review the contracting entity and jurisdiction in the documents. This website does not determine the legal classification of the offering.
Information to review
Ask for actual vehicle records, ownership and income agreements, historical operating statements with the calculation basis, insurance documentation and buyback terms. Do not rely solely on a website estimate when deciding whether to proceed.
