Your income.
Your exit questions.

Understand the difference between withdrawing available income and requesting a buyback.

01

Withdrawing available income

Radius states that requests can be made at any time, with no minimum withdrawal amount. Only funds actually available under your agreement can be withdrawn. The website calculator does not create a balance or entitlement to a payment.

02

Selling your ownership share

The proposed exit route is a company buyback at the original purchase price. Radius describes processing within several hours. This is an operator-stated arrangement; the binding agreement should define price, eligibility, timing, fees and circumstances that may delay or prevent completion.

03

Why liquidity matters

A fractional truck interest may not have an active resale market. A company buyback depends on its contractual obligations and financial capacity. Do not assume immediate cash availability or treat the arrangement as a bank deposit.

04

What to confirm before purchasing

Request the buyback clause in writing. Ask when a request becomes binding, when ownership transfers, when funds clear, whether any deductions apply and what happens if multiple owners request buybacks at once.

05

Payment and currency

All illustrations use US dollars. Receiving-bank fees, transfer processing and currency conversion can affect the amount and timing received. Confirm the supported payment methods with the team.

06

Raise a payment question

Email support@radiuslogistics.net with your name and a concise description of the question. Do not send account passwords, card details or identity documents by ordinary email.
